These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeronX platform, including the website at leronx.net and the LeronX desktop application (the "Service"), operated by MOTHER NATURE TRADE SDN. BHD., a company registered in Malaysia with its registered address at 252, Jalan PJU 1/42A, Dataran Prima, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google or X (Twitter) authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Upon registration, you receive a license key that grants access to the LeronX desktop application. Each license key is bound to a single device upon first activation. Key terms:
The Service operates on a pay-per-credit model. There is no subscription and no recurring billing — you only pay for the credits you choose to buy, and credits are consumed as you generate content (images, videos, audio) based on the selected model and output resolution. There are two types of credits:
Credits are non-transferable between accounts and may not be sold, resold, or redistributed. See Section 9 for the refund policy applicable to each credit type.

LeronX uses a hybrid system of multiple AI models to generate content. The selection of models is automatic and optimized for quality. We do not guarantee specific model availability, output quality, or consistency. AI-generated content may contain imperfections, inaccuracies, or artifacts. Results may vary depending on the complexity of your prompts and current model availability.
All purchases are one-time, pay-per-credit transactions. LeronX has no subscriptions and does not automatically charge your card on a recurring basis. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. We reserve the right to modify credit pack pricing at any time; any change applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory right of withdrawal or refund available to consumers under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOTHER NATURE TRADE SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and access to the Service will be revoked. You may request account deletion at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
